Payment Link Not Received
How to fix missing Payment Link issues.
Your customers email servers may block the email from Payment Link without you or them realising. This could be for a variety of reasons and we have no way to override that.
In the event your customer isn't receiving the automatic payment emails, you can copy the payment link and send it in an email from your email client - just as if you were sending a typical email. This is less likely to get flagged or blocked, especially if you've emailed the client previously.
You can also copy the same link into iMessage, WhatsApp, Teams, Slack - anywhere you can send a message.

Confirm the correct email address was entered.
Resend or copy link
Use the dashboard to resend or copy the Payment Link and share directly.
Ask recipient to check spam
Sometimes automated emails go to spam/junk folders.
