Custom Domain
Your 24/7 Payment Page and Shop have a permanent URL which you can share with clients and promote everywhere.
During onboarding you would have chosen your unique Payment Link - e.g paymentlink.io/mybusiness.
If you have enabled the shop it will reside at paymentlink.io/mybusiness/shop. The actual payment page will be at paymentlink.io/mybusiness/pay.
The individual URL's allow you to send customers directly to the page you want them to visit first.
Setting up a custom domain
To set up a custom domain e.g. pay.mybusiness.com instead of paymentlink.io/mybusiness/payvisit https://paymentlink.io/dashboard/my-payment-link
You can only use a sub domain i.e a prefix to your main domain e.g. pay.mybusiness.com and not a format like mybusiness.com/pay
You'll need access to your domain control panel as you need to set up a CNAME record.
Add your sub domain
Visit https://paymentlink.io/dashboard/my-payment-link and add the sub domain you would like to use

Add your DNS records
Once you press continue, you'll see the DNS records you need to add.
If you're unsure how to do this, you can email the instructions directly to your developer. You'll see the option to do this at this step.

Verify Domain
The DNS record may take a few minutes to a few hours to propagate. Click the verify button to check

Verification complete
Once the verification has completed you can start using your new domain. The default paymentlink.io/mybusiness will continue working alongside your own domain.
